Writing is hard, especially when there so much (or so little) you want to say. But thank you notes are a really great way to leave a good impression, and a good investment for your future in case anyone you work with pops up later in your career.

Here are some tips for your thank you letter after you finish your student internship.

Make sure you include:

• What you gained or learned in the experience
• Appreciation for the opportunity and gratitude
