This 4-year fulltime position, located within Metro Adelaide, will enable you to develop relevant skills and knowledge within the industry through working hands-on, and support this with study on-the-job towards a nationally recognised Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication . Duties Include: Examine drawings to calculate material requirements Fix and assemble metal fixtures Cut, roll, shape and bend materials Heat and treat metal materials Finish products through cleaning, polishing or filing methods Use of specialised equipment and tools General warehouse and labouring duties About You: Passion about the engineering industry Love working hands-on Strong problem-solving skills Hardworking and committed to work and learn An eye for detail Love learning new systems and procedures Role Requirements: Hold a current driver’s licence with reliable vehicle Satisfactorily pass a pre-employment assessment including drug and alcohol test Previous experience or pre-vocational certificate (desirable) How to Apply: Click Apply and complete the online application form and attach a copy of your resume and cover letter outlining your suitability for the available role.
