About the role:In partnership with the Australian Defence Force, Ventia is currently seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor Trainee to undertake a Certificate III in Hospitality, whilst working at HMAS Cerberus located in Crib Point, Victoria. As part of the catering and hospitality service stream of the Defence contract, this traineeship will see you embarking on an exciting and rewarding career and give you an incredible platform for you to build your hospitality skills.This is a permanent full time position. What's on offer:As a Food & Beverage Supervisor Trainee, you will work closely with the Front of House Manager and other support staff, learning valuable skills and gaining exposure to all kitchen duties including:• Basic cooking and food preparation.• Managing any cleaning tasks, such as dirty dishes, dishwashing.• Assisting in the dining and kitchen areas.• Being flexible and helping the whole team.• Running food and taking orders.
