Working within a local branch based in the heart of Gladstone , this is an amazing opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience and skills throughout a 12 month traineeship. ON THE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide customers with a positive branch experience Engage in needs-based conversations with customers Provide advice and educate customers on digital solutions Teach customers on self-service ways of banking General banking and telling duties; money handling, facilitating transactions and ATM Maintenance ABOUT YOU: Strong verbal communication skills Attention to detail and problem solving skills Ability to take direction and work within a team Punctual, reliable and positive attitude Customer service/ money handling experience (highly desirable) Prior to their formal offer, the successful candidate is required to undergo a Probity Police Check.
