The Apprenticeships Field Consultant (AFC) is a multifaceted autonomous role, with the primary task of signing up apprentices and trainees into their National Training Contract with their new employer, as well as educating both parties about the supports and incentives available to them. This extremely rewarding role is centered around relationship management and business development, with various stakeholders and customers, to facilitate the undertaking of a National Training Contract between employers and Australian Apprentices. One of MEGT's core values is Collaboration, a skill that is key to this role. Please note this is a fixed term parental leave contract opportunity until 1st June 2025. About you You will be an ambitious, positive, self-starter with a passion for building and maintaining key relationships within the community including: Proven account management or business development experience Excellent customer service and administration skills Capability to work autonomously, acting with trust and integrity Strong self-discipline to effectively plan your schedule with limited supervision Demonstrated ability to meet KPI’s and balance short term gains with long term considerations Commitment to continuous improvement and receptiveness to change Previous experience within the Job Active industry or within an RTO (highly regarded) Knowledge of the VET sector and the AASN program highly regarded Current drivers’ licence or ability to travel MEGT is committed to providing services that protect and keep children, young people and adults at risk free from harm.
