Processing customer and dealers’ orders and enquiries for spare parts and capital equipment. Support customer requests to achieve best possible outcome via, phone, email, web enquiries, shop online and inventory management system. Conduct regular communication with our customers, dealers and sales team to respond to and resolve enquiries. Escalating leads to sales team & dealers as appropriate. Run monitor and action reports, production reports and shipping reports weekly. Analysis of reporting and processes to implement lean processes to streamline process, reduce waste & costs, excess and non-value activities.
