Our client BCD- Better Care Delivered is a registered charity organisation based in Campbelltown. They provide care by assisting and providing services to support people who are disadvantaged, in need, or are vulnerable. Providing continued care for people with disabilities and their carers to help them meet their individual needs and reach their full potential. BCD work in collaboration and cooperation with many community organisations and services in health, aged care, disability and community care sectors. This role will include office administration, reception and some digital marketing duties. As part of this Traineeship you will gain a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business (Business Administration) upon completion. This role is junior reception position. The candidate will be the front line of the business and the first point of contact. The role includes all facets customer service, greeting visitors to the office, taking phone calls and directing the calls to the correct department or staff member, return email inquiries or passing them on to the correct team in the business. Keeping the office tidy, emptying the dishwasher, bins, shopping etc. Assisting the set of meetings, booking appointments, photocopying, scanning documents, filing, taking meeting minutes and ad hoc office tasks. Confidentiality is paramount in this role. We are looking for a candidate who is well spoken, has sound literacy skills and can express empathy towards the clients that this business supports. The candidate must be aware of the confidentiality that is necessary for this position and adhere to workplace practices, procedures and policies regarding the requirements of the role.
