The successful candidates will receive a Certificate IV in Civil Construction. This is an awesome opportunity to gain hands on experience The successful candidates will be provided with in depth training as a Civil Construction Supervisor. This traineeship will involve: Opportunity to work alongside and understand the day to day Runnings of site General labour & spotting Learn all aspects of major project work such as bulk earthworks, major drainage and pipeline & road Construction’ Supervising subcontractors with minor computer work Theoretically Coordinate business operational plans Apply site risk management system Demonstrate leadership in the workplace Implement and monitor WHS policies, procedures, and programs About you: Hold (or willing to obtain) a construction White Card Current Civil Machinery Tickets Highly Advantageous - Please add Hold a current manual driver’s licence Have a can-do positive attitude Have the ability to demonstrate leadership capabilities Be available to work Monday – Saturday (630am – 4:30pm) Candidates who have completed a cert III in Carpentry or Plumbing will be highly regarded, alongside candidates who have completed a cert III in Civil Construction Successful candidates will be required to pass an aptitude test and a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing.
