Harvey Metals aim to cater for all of your metal needs specializing in Aluminium, Stainless steel, and Mild steel. Harvey Metals also work with Switchboards, Canopy's and Toolboxes, Aluminium general Jobbing and Engraving. About the Opportunity: The successful candidate will be enrolled to complete a Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade, being supported by the employer and a registered training organisation (RTO). Day-to-day duties may include, but not limited to: Assisting tradespeople Learning about the machinery Helping with any preparation work and fit outs The Ideal Candidate: Will have a willingness to learn the trade Good math skills Pre-apprenticeship (desirable, but not essential) Driver's license (desirable, but not essential) A positive attitude to work and commitment to training. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. Recent school leavers are encouraged to apply.
