4 Year Apprenticeship – Cert III Engineering (Mechanical Trade) Full time Dedicated support January 2024 start COMMUNITY SOLUTIONS is seeking a candidate for our high profile host client located in Cairns with an endeavour to complete the full term of this apprenticeship. The successful candidate will have passion for this industry and the prepared to work in a high end safety-first environment. The Apprenticeship will involve: Setting up machinery to enable the manufacture of engineering products Repair and replace components parts and other items Install plant and machinery Design modifications to existing components Maintenance of plant and equipment Requirements: Have a sound knowledge of the trade Work experience or Certificate II Engineering is preferred (not essential) Understand the importance of workplace health and safety Have good communication skills Enjoy practical work Have good hand-eye coordination Construction White Card, or willing to obtain Manual Driver’s licence (or prepared to obtain) Who We Are?
