Working from the Burwood Office, responsibilities include but are not limited to: Answering telephone calls and welcoming visitors and clients Quoting and creating appointments for new jobs Liaising with clients via telephone and email Maintaining the office and kitchen environment Carrying out general administrative duties such as; filing, scanning, typing, copying, data entry, etc. What are we looking for? A well-presented team-player with excellent work ethic Excellent communication skills and sound computer knowledge (MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint) A reliable and punctual individual who demonstrates initiative. Drivers Licence Eligibility criteria applies in relation to work rights and prior qualifications.
