Apprenticeship Careers Australia are currently seeking applicants that have previous customer service experience, who are dependable, reliable, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn to commence a Business Administration Traineeship based in Victor Harbor within the Health and Care Sector. This will set you up for a rewarding career and provide you with the opportunity to get your Certificate III in Business (BSB30120) . The successful candidate will be employed by Apprenticeship Careers Australia and hosted to work in a 12-month full-time traineeship. About You: Must be customer-focused with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service An interest in administration Strong attention to detail and ability to follow company processes and procedures Will treat clients in a respectful manner and with respect to privacy and confidentiality Have excellent time management skills, can work under pressure, and possess the ability to multi-task Shows initiative and has the maturity and ability to work autonomously when required Have a professional attitude Duties include: Ensure calls are answered promptly & politely Greeting clients Ensure all messages are delivered promptly & accurately Directing mail and incoming packages Data entry/using spreadsheets Filing Maintaining Supplies Other administrative tasks as directed Candidate Requirements: Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident Willing to commit to completing a Certificate III in Business (BSB30120).
