Our trainee will receive ongoing mentoring whilst learning on-the-job and undertaking a 'Certificate III in Education Support'. Duties Assist teaching staff by performing non-teaching duties Assist and participate in learning activities Prepare learning areas and activities Provide individual support to students Assist with the preparation of teaching aids and resources Assist with managing computers and IT equipment (training provided) Maintain a safe, clean and appealing environment Perform basic first aid in emergencies Other duties as required Requirements Strong communication skills Patient and compassionate Able to follow instruction Able to accept direction and supervision Able to work with computers and its technology Willingness to commit to work and study Current driver's licence and reliable transport (desirable) Willing to obtain a Police Check and/or Working with Children Check prior to commmencement For more information contact Kate Clark on 0428 971 821 for a confidential discussion.
