Working at Opal Packaging, one of Australia's leading packaging companies, you will be offered the opportunity to undertake MSM30116 Certificate III in Process Manufacturing, which will be delivered over a 24-month period. Our local site based in Donnybrook forms part of our network of manufacturing plants across Australia and New Zealand. The RoleAs a Process Manufacturing Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work alongside industry experts who will provide training to operate and maintain specialised packaging equipment to support Opal's onsite packaging business and their offsite customers. Over the course of your traineeship you will acquire valuable mechanical experience while building your skills and knowledge in all areas of the manufacturing process. Your day-to-day duties will see you effectively support the site operations by operating equipment including fixed and mobile plant in addition to assisting with the production and movement of product throughout the plant, readying it for dispatch. Contributing as an active member of an experienced team, you will be enthusiastic to learn and eager to assist the team to deliver quality service to the business and offsite customers.
