In partnership with East Gippsland Water, Skillinvest has multiple opportunities for committed and motivated individuals to undertake a full time Operations & Maintenance Traineeship in Bairnsdale. Over the 24-month Traineeship, you will work towards a 'Certificate III in Water Industry Operations' qualification and gain invaluable industry experience. This is an exciting opportunity to begin at a trainee level to assist in and learn how to deliver proactive maintenance and operational project works across the region. Duties: Assisting the Mitchell Depot in the delivery of maintenance programs Assist in maintaining water and wastewater assets Operation of equipment and machinery to maintain water and wastewater assets Be able to use an electronic tablet/computer for work purposes Requirements: Completion of Year 11 secondary education or equivalent.
