Apprenticeship Careers Australia (ACA) has an amazing opportunity for a candidate to join a dynamic team and learn the skills to become a qualified Swim Teacher, Instructor, and Lifeguard by completing a Certificate III in Aquatics and Community Recreation DUTIES WILL INCLUDE As a Swim Teacher, Instructor, and Lifeguard trainee, you'll be an integral part of our aquatic facility, taking on diverse roles, including: Customer service: Welcome our members and guests with a warm and friendly smile or a welcoming voice over the phone. Operate the kiosk and assist customers in their purchases. Administration assistance: Help the team with general administration responsibilities by managing customer files and paperwork. Teaching the Art of Swimming: Be a mentor to aspiring swimmers, guiding them through lessons and instilling confidence in the water. Plant Room Maintenance: Learn the ropes of plant room maintenance to ensure our facilities run smoothly and safely. During the time of the traineeship you will be working full-time (38 hours per week), Monday to Friday where you will be trained and mentored in how to be a great a Swim Instructor During your working week you will be allocated 3 hours paid study to work toward completing your Certificate III in Aquatics and Community Recreation.
