The business provides a range of optometry services including vision screening, myopia management, comprehensive eye test, aviation eye examinations, children's vision and more. They provide a more personalized service based on their clients' needs. They are currently seeking an eager individual to join their supportive team as an Optical Dispensing Trainee. About the role In this role, you will undertake your studies for Cert IV in Optical Dispensing and you will be trained in all aspect of your traineeship. Day to day duties include (but not limited to): Actively participate in day-to-day operations of the practice- including assisting patients, sales, practice administration & appointment booking Recommend frame options based on the patient’s prescription, fashion and lifestyle Maintain impeccable practice presentation including merchandising Benefit from in-house and external training to ensure success in this role Remuneration at retail award rates Other duties as required The successful applicant will: Have a passion for providing customized solutions to meet each customer’s needs Delivering outstanding customer service to make each patient feel exceptional Be a team player willing to support your colleagues at all times Keep up to date with the latest product fashions and innovations Company Culture The business strives to learn and grow as a team.
