Due to a rapidly expanding program we are looking for a 6-month intern to take on the role of STAR Program Coordinator. The Coordinator will work closely with the STAR Program Managers to deliver a high quality internship program in six SAP offices across Australia and New Zealand. The role will involve getting hands on with all aspects of the program including recruitment, professional development planning, event coordination and other operational work. Responsibilities - Supportall aspects of the upcoming onboarding including speaker coordination, catering and offsite activities - Take the lead with tasks associated with a large scale event in early December - Manage the STAR Professional Development calendar for the year including coordination of training - Work with Talent Attraction team on recruitment logistics - Liaise with business stakeholders to ensure that STAR job rotations are posted and filled - Assist with routine STAR program operational work, supporting the STAR Program Managers - Schedule meetings with SAP executives to connect with STAR interns Skills required - Excellent written and oral communication - Well developed Microsoft Office skills - Strong attention to detail you love a good list - Able to work fast and in short timeframes, proven ability to juggle multiple activities at the same time - Proactive with ability to work autonomously and flexibly - Willingness to learn, grow and take on new challenges - Bring creativity and fresh perspectives - You are known for your can do attitude - It would be great if you had prior experience coordinating activities either in a work setting or via programs such as Uni Societies Basic Qualifications: - Must be currently enrolled in a tertiary institution or post-graduate degree - Must be able to commit to an internship of at least 6 months duration ASAP - Must be able to commit to a minimum of 22.5 hours per week potentially able to work full time in Uni breaks - Must be able to work from our Sydney office at least 1 and preferably 2-3 days per week - Important Note: This role is a program coordinator for the STAR Program and not part of our STAR Program Internship in Sydney We build breakthroughs together SAP innovations help more than 400,000 customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
