Process Manufacturing Traineeships – Multiple Positions Available — Bankstown Area, Western Sydney

Looking to start a hands-on career in manufacturing? This is a rare opportunity to join a leading manufacturing business as a Process Manufaturing Trainee, where you'll earn while you learn while completing a Certificate III in Process Manufacturing. No previous manufacturing experience is required. Full training will be provided, and you'll be supported by experienced operators as you build valuable skills in a modern production environment. About the Role As a Process Manufaturing Trainee, you'll learn how to safely operate within a large-scale manufacturing facility, working as part of a team to produce high-quality products while maintaining strict safety and quality standards. You will gain experience in: Operating and monitoring production equipment Packaging and processing products Conducting quality checks and recording production data Assisting with machine setup, cleaning and basic maintenance Following workplace safety, quality and operational procedures Working collaboratively to achieve production targets This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, problem-solving, teamwork and working in a structured environment. Roster & Hours We have multiple full-time opportunities available across a variety of roster patterns, depending on the role and department. These include: Monday to Friday AM Shift Monday to Friday PM Shift 12-hour rotating day shifts , including weekdays and weekends Employees on the 12-hour roster work a balanced rotation that includes a combination of weekday and weekend shifts, with no more than 3–4 shifts per week and extended periods of time off between rosters. Successful applicants must be available to work the roster applicable to their position, including weekend work where required.
