ATTC is a well-established Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and not-for-profit provider, delivering quality training and assessment services since 2006. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn, working Monday to Friday with no weekend work — perfect for someone who’s organised, proactive, and ready to build a strong foundation in business administration. What You’ll Be Doing Provide friendly and professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders Assist the team with general administrative support and document preparation Maintain accurate data entry, filing, scanning, and electronic record keeping Keep procedures and file systems up to date and well-organised Manage phone and email enquiries efficiently and professionally Use Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams The selected trainee will rotate through various internal departments, offering cross-functional administrative support.
