What You’ll Be Doing Provide friendly and professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders Assist the team with general administrative support and document preparation Maintain accurate data entry, filing, scanning, and electronic record keeping Keep procedures and file systems up to date and well-organised Manage phone and email enquiries efficiently and professionally Use Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams The selected trainee will rotate through various internal departments, offering cross-functional administrative support.
