You will gain hands-on experience under the mentorship of senior AI engineers and data scientists, supporting projects that use AI to solve real-world business problems. ABOUT POSITION You may gain work experience in the following areas: Assist in developing AI-driven automation solutions for business processes Build and optimise AI tools such as: AI chatbots and virtual assistants AI phone agents and customer service automation Workflow automation systems Work on prompt engineering and fine-tuning AI models (LLMs) Support integration of AI tools with CRM systems, websites, and APIs Analyse business processes and identify automation opportunities Assist in data preparation, analysis, and reporting Document workflows, solutions, and outcomes AI PROJECT EXPOSURE During the program, you may work on projects such as: Automating lead generation and follow-ups Building AI-powered customer support systems Developing internal business process automation tools Implementing AI solutions for marketing, operations, and administration Creating dashboards and analytics for business insights INTERNSHIP STRUCTURE Duration: 12-week structured program Work Schedule: 3–5 days per week Mid-point and final performance reviews Continuous mentoring and guidance This is a training-focused internship aligned with Fair Work guidelines.
