KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Posting and removing job advertisements Scheduling interviews with shortlisted candidates Collecting pertinent payroll data Updating employee records with information regarding new hires Screening resumes Initiating background checks on potential candidates Improving and implementing HR policies and procedures Data entry, updating internal databases, and filing HR documents LOCATION: The host company is located at Melbourne.
