WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Support the testing, rollout and upkeep of software, hardware and ICT systems Deliver friendly, accurate customer support to staff and stakeholders Monitor ICT equipment, troubleshoot issues and take prompt corrective action Perform routine maintenance to keep devices and systems running smoothly Help maintain up to date ICT documentation and assist with network and system management IS THIS YOU?
