This internship offers hands-on experience across core HR and recruitment activities , supporting the attraction, selection, and onboarding of talent. It is an excellent opportunity for students currently completing studies in Human Resources or a related discipline , with the flexibility to work part-time or full-time alongside their studies. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Support: Assist with candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination through job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels. Interview Coordination: Support the scheduling of interviews and maintain professional communication with candidates. HR & Recruitment Administration: Maintain accurate employee and candidate records within HR and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ensuring compliance with internal processes. Pre-employment Checks: Coordinate background checks in line with organisational requirements. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the HR and Talent Acquisition teams, as well as Hiring Managers, to support best-practice people processes. About You: Currently studying Human Resources, Business, Psychology , or a related field. Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proactive, reliable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
