Location: Sydney, Australia Type: Internship (Unpaid) Duration: 12 weeks Schedule: 3 days per week About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Management Intern (Marketing) to support our Marketing and Project teams in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in campaign management, content coordination, stakeholder communication, and project tracking within a fast-paced and creative environment. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates who want to gain practical exposure to project management within the marketing field in Australia. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and coordinating marketing projects and campaigns. Support the creation and maintenance of project timelines, campaign calendars, and task trackers. Prepare project documentation such as briefs, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content, assets, and deliverables meet deadlines. Assist with stakeholder communication (internal teams, suppliers, and external partners). Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support campaign planning. Help track campaign performance and compile basic insights or recommendations. Coordinate logistics for photo/video shoots, content production, and marketing events when required. Provide administrative support to ensure smooth project execution. Skills & Qualifications Essential: Currently studying (or recently graduated in) Marketing, Project Management, Communications, Business, or a related field. Strong organisational and time-management skills, with ability to handle multiple tasks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Interest in digital marketing, branding, and campaign execution. Attention to detail and willingness to learn. Desirable: Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com). Basic understanding of marketing tools (Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, HubSpot).
