Work directly with the Founder & Lead Video Editor and gain hands-on experience in editing, fashion storytelling, and AI-powered creative workflows. What You'll Do Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) Assist with BTS recording on shoot days Create micro-reels, transitions & storytelling edits Simple motion graphics & thumbnails Organise raw footage and content libraries Join weekly creative review sessions What You'll Learn Premium editing techniques Brand visual direction Reel pacing, hooks, style & storytelling AI creative tools Fast-paced startup content workflows Requirements Studying Film, Media, Digital Arts or similar Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Reliable, good communication, meets deadlines Strong attention to detail & creative intuition Nice to Have Basic colour grading Motion graphics fundamentals Sound syncing Perks Work in a premium fashion-tech environment Real industry portfolio pieces Potential pathway to Junior Video Editor role
