Key Responsibilities As a Data Analyst Intern, you will be actively involved in meaningful projects, including: Conducting trend analysis to identify customer and business insights Assisting in sales forecasting and modelling future business outcomes Developing data visualisations and dashboards to support decision-making Applying programming skills for data cleaning, processing, and reporting Identifying pinch points in business operations through data interpretation Supporting the team with CRM system management and reporting Learning Outcomes & Training During the internship, you will gain hands-on experience and training in: Advanced use of Power BI for business intelligence MYOB systems for financial data analysis CRM functionalities (Fresho) and customer insights Practical application of data analytics and forecasting techniques Professional development with mentorship from experienced data professionals Ideal Candidate We’re seeking a committed, proactive, and motivated individual who is enthusiastic about data and eager to learn. Minimum Requirements: Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail with the ability to interpret data trends Willingness to learn and take initiative Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Power BI , MYOB , and CRM systems Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python, R, SQL) Strong communication skills to present findings clearly Prior exposure to data-focused projects or coursework Days & Hours Commitment: 2–3 days per week Flexible scheduling to accommodate academic or personal commitments Why Apply?
