Job Description Australian Training Works Group (ATW) are currently recruiting for a First Nations Business Traineeship position with AimBig Employment. The traineeship provides paid, on-the-job training and the successful trainee will receive a Certificate III in Business upon completion. No prior experience or qualifications are required. Position Criteria: Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander. Keen interest in Business. Full-time positions - able to commit to full-time work (5 days, 38 hrs / week). Basic knowledge of operating Microsoft Office 365 and a willingness to learn new systems. Positive attitude towards work. Good communication skills with the ability to take and follow instructions. Able to actively learn and be committed to completing a Certificate III in Business. Must Pass a Criminal History Check. Must have, or apply for Working with Children's card (Blue Card).
