We are looking for a proactive and organised Intern to provide administrative support across business management and legal activities within State Investments. The State Investments (SI) team is responsible for crafting and managing our clients’ overall investment strategy. They achieve this by allocating to asset classes such as equities, bonds, real estate, infrastructure, private equity, and various alternative strategies. Key responsibilities: Prepare, review, amend and format non-disclosure agreements, consultancy agreements and various contracts. Assist in the preparation and review of governance documents and reports. Responding to queries and compiling information to draft responses. Creating, supporting, maintaining and administering processes and systems. Providing research, transactional and administrative support to the team. Document management, email management and filing. About you You are someone eager to gain hands-on experience in the legal and operational foundations of investment management. You will likely align to the below. Currently studying Law as well as Commerce/Finance/Economics, or similar. Strong attention to detail and high standards of written communication. Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion. Well-organised and proactive, with the ability to manage competing priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Proven research skills and strong experience compiling and developing responses, reports and presentations.
