What You’ll Do: Assist in the design and drafting of timber structures, including beams, trusses, and framing systems for a variety of projects using CAD Design. Collaborate with senior designers and engineers to create structural plans that meet industry standards and client specifications. Use design software to create blueprints, and detailed technical drawings for timber-based systems. Produce estimates of material quantities and costs for timber frames or trusses. Who We’re Looking For: Engineering Enthusiasts : You have a passion for design and a deep interest in structural engineering, particularly within the timber industry.
