You’ll be combining full-time work and have allocated time each week at work to complete your Certificate III in Information Technology. The successful candidate will be placed in a technical environment that includes: Over 200 Lenovo desktop and laptop computers with Windows 10 Office 365 and other cloud-based applications HPE/Ubiquiti networking technology Hummingbird DM 16.7 document management system; and A range of other software applications Industrial grade operational Hardware such as thermal printers and analysis machines What will you bring to the role? The team will help you develop during the traineeship, but there are some minimum requirements and key traits we’re looking for: The knack for learning technical tasks, systems & troubleshooting IT issues once trained A confident, friendly nature – you’ll enjoy talking to people and be a great communicator You’ll enjoy working in a busy environment that can change from day to day Certificate II in IT highly regarded – if you have some schoolwork experience in ICT that would be great too A well organised and motivated individual with an invested interest in developing professionally IT skills and a true interest in all things IT related – you’ll love your IT Must have : Drivers Licence and the ability to work full time Monday to Friday – 38 hours a week .
