Our School Based Traineeship Program offers a unique blend of on-the-job training, mentorship, and classroom learning. As a trainee, you will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining practical experience and developing valuable industry skills. This program is perfect for High School Applicants who are looking to kick start their career while continuing their studies at school Duties: Provide support with daily activities to people with disabilities. Empower individuals to achieve independence and personal goals. Build meaningful relationships and ensure a person-centered approach. Follow care plans to promote safety and well-being. Skills and responsibilities: Must be currently in Year 10 or 11 - any applicants who have completed high school are not eligible Applicants will attend 1 day on the job, 1 day at an RTO and 3 days at school.
