In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop skills in mechanical fitting, including assembly, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment. As an apprentice, you will work closely with experienced fitters, gaining valuable hands-on experience while completing a recognized apprenticeship program. Responsibilities: Assist in the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment. Perform mechanical fitting tasks, including assembly and disassembly of components. Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues. Assist in the inspection and testing of equipment to ensure optimal performance. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Collaborate with experienced mechanical fitters to learn new techniques and industry best practices. Develop a comprehensive understanding of mechanical fitting principles and techniques. Adapt to changing work demands and prioritize tasks accordingly. Requirements: Hands-on experience with machinery and equipment. Motivated and dedicated to learning and developing skills in mechanical fitting. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
