Our Apprenticeship Program offers a unique blend of on-the-job training, mentorship, and classroom learning. As a trainee, you will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining practical experience and developing valuable industry skills. This program is perfect for recent graduates, career changers, and anyone eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment. Duties: Assist in the preparation and baking of pies, sausage rolls, and other baked goods Work closely with the baker to prepare and shape dough Operate ovens and other bakery equipment under supervision Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including general cleaning duties Learn key baking techniques and processes to produce high-quality breads and pastries Skills and responsibilities: Hours will be Mon-Fri 12pm-8pm with additional Sunday shifts available. Ability to work in a team environment Ability to follow & adhere to policies and procedures Reliable and punctual Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
