The role: As a school based trainee, you would be provided with instruction and training, eventually being able to serve customers as a bank teller. You would get to know the regulars, and, as part of a fantastic team, be able to contribute and help steer cultural celebrations such as NAIDOC week. We would work with your College & Community to ensure that your time at work does not interfere with school, with the outcome, being an income through to the end of grade 12, a qualification to add to your TCE score, great work experience, and the possibility of being invited to apply for continuing work with the bank, post year 12 Some of our past school based trainees are now working directly for the bank in a supervisory capacity You would be employed by Work & Training, so would have the added support from a Work & Training Apprentice & Employment Consultant for the duration of your traineeship.
