Allcare Monitoring Services have an exciting opportunity to join their team to complete a Business Traineeship - Customer Engagement ABOUT THE BUSINESS Allcare Monitoring is a Grade A1 24/7 Central Monitoring Station with 20 years of history. Allcare Monitoring monitors Commercial and Residential security alarms, Medical and duress alarms through a number of industries including domestic, corporate, aged care and service sectors. The alarm event is received in the monitoring platform, actions including phone calls are made to the alarm event and contact is made with the end user. ABOUT THE ROLE Allcare Monitoring are looking for TWO new trainees for either of the following qualifications: CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT (LEVEL 3) BSB30120 - Certificate III in Business CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT (LEVEL 4) BSB40120 - Certificate IV in Business Responsibilities and Duties may include: Follow standard monitoring response procedures according to AS2201.2 Respond to alarm/event activations in a timely manner Liaise with clients/stakeholders regarding alarm/event activations Record all actions clearly and accurately in Patriot monitoring platform Update client information accurately in Patriot monitoring platform Proactively participate as a member of the Central Monitoring Station team Required Skills and Attributes: Customer Service skills - with both external and internal customers Communicate clearly, concisely, and accurately in person and over the phone Polite phone manner Attention to detail Computer use - essential Maintain a professionalism in all interactions Be curious.
