More About the Role at Qantas As an Organisational Development (HR) Intern, you will play a key role in supporting various projects and initiatives within the broader Group Organisational Development team. Our team specifically focuses on the Talent, Performance and Recognition aspects of Strategic Human Resources to optimise the workplace experience, capability and culture for employees across the Qantas Group. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to gain valuable experience in Human Resources. You will support the following: - Assist with administrative tasks for the Graduate Program and other early talent initiatives. - Support work experience programs and early career events, including planning, coordination, and execution. - Assist in the coordination of events within the Employee Recognition program, including tracking nominations and logistics. - Perform general administrative tasks related to Early Talent programs and Recognition initiatives. - Maintain accurate records and reports as required. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate events and programs. - Communicate effectively with colleagues and external contacts, demonstrating professionalism and confidence. You will work closely with a dynamic team to make meaningful contributions to Qantas' Talent and Recognition strategies whilst getting a holistic understanding of the Qantas Group and the potential career opportunities we have on offer.
