Traineeship - Business Administration — Erakala, Mackay

The opportunity: Kick-start your career with this entry-level opportunity gain hands-on experience while completing a Certificate III in Business. You will join our operations team to support the day-to-day operations and develop essential administrative skills in a dynamic work environment. You’ll be involved in: Provide general administrative support to key stakeholders across the Mackay Depot. Assist with documentation and data input across a variety of functions, including payroll, compliance, training and operations. Achieving accredited certification obtained by completing the traineeship - Cert III Business Administration Attend meetings as required, take meeting minutes, distribute documentation prior to and following meetings, ensure action points are followed up Maintain various databases, platforms and systems The boxes you'll tick: You need to be enthusiastic and ready to learn. This role requires great communication skills, and someone who loves being part of a team, but you'll learn the rest.
