Complete a Business Traineeship over a two-year time frame whilst working in a multi-skilled team environment providing financial and administrative support to a large health service in their Burnie location. You would obtain your Certificate III Business BSB30120 in a two-year time frame – this could be the pathway into the health sector that you are looking for. What would this involve? You would be employed by Work & Training for the duration of your training contract & hosted to the health facility. Full time hours. Full entitlements including four weeks of holidays per year. Theory training conducted one-on-one in the workplace with our experienced trainers. You would receive mentoring and support throughout the traineeship. Your workplace supervisors would provide daily coaching and opportunity for growth. Gain valuable experience on the job: Providing support to the Revenue Management team. Receipting of payments and performing debt follow up tasks. Processing of invoices. Undertaking accurate data entry in a timely manner. Following specified legislation, policies and procedures. Communicating effectively with a diverse range of clients, staff and business organisations, including phone & email inquiries. Cultivating a professional attitude and disposition, with the energy and enthusiasm required.
