The Client We are currently seeking to recruit a Human Resources Admin Trainee to join a global leader in the Freight Forwarding and Logistics industry while completing a Certificate III in International Freight Forwarding. The Position Reporting to the Human Resources Manager you will be given formal and "on the job" training to develop your skills allowing you to support the HR team, whilst being enrolled in a formal traineeship studying a Certificate III in International Freight Forwarding. Day to day execution of HR support such as: Facilitation of the appraisal process. Maintaining personnel files, keep them up to date according to corporate guidelines and local legislation. Completing your Academic studies toward a Certificate III in International Freight Forwarding. Admin related duties Roll out implementation of any HR projects or initiatives. Draft Reports for compilation and submission. Support with Audits for BE and HR. Creation and updating of reports, presentations, and briefs within their scope of responsibility. Coordination and preparation of events, presentations, and external meetings with multiple stakeholders within scope. Maintenance of general correspondence as required as well as data processing confidential material. Operational analysis & reporting. Other reasonable duties as required. The Requirements The successful candidate will have: Excellent communication and presentation skills Be an Australian Citizen/Permanent Resident Desire to pursue a long term career in Human Resources Previous experience in Human Resources is an advantage Positive and dedicated attitude with the ability to work independently Professional and committed disposition Word, Excel and PowerPoint knowledge Time management skills Some formal qualifications preferred but not essential.
