MRAEL is partnering with Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal Pty Ltd to provide an Operator Traineeship Program to support the growth of locals to join the mining and transport industries. At the end of your Traineeship, you will obtain a Certificate III in Resource Processing , and a Certificate III in Surface Extraction, along with other relevant Mobile Equipment Licences. The successful candidates will be employed by MRAEL and hosted to Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal Pty Ltd and supported by highly qualified employees to gain practical on-the-job experience, whilst undertaking classroom style theory-based training. MRAEL and DBCT P/L are looking for candidates who are willing to learn, have a positive attitude, are safety conscious and have a keen interest in heavy industry. DBCT P/L will be holding an assessment centre interview process and candidates need to be available to attend on 15 October 2024. At the time of commencement, successful applicants will need to hold an unrestricted driver’s licence and White Card. This position is open to local residents, travel and accommodation is not provided. Traineeships will commence in January 2025.
