Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Full-time Business Administration Traineeship Opportunity Join a 12-month paid traineeship in the Sydney City Office, where you'll gain hands-on experience in delivering a broad range of real estate services to clients while studying for a Certificate III in Business. What will you be doing? Answering client enquires, liaising with landlords, managing agents and solicitors. Financial Management: Support budgeting, reporting, invoice processing, and payment. Lease & Property Management: Support lease negotiations and property management activities. Contract Procurement: Assist in procuring services for building maintenance (e.g., lifts, HVAC, electricians). Administrative Support: Collect, manage, and upload data; assist with report writing and administrative tasks. What are we looking for?
