Whilst learning on the job with our experienced team, the role primarily involves assisting with processing and providing accurate, timely and efficient payroll services to our Apprentices and Trainees, meeting set deadlines, understanding awards, data entry of payroll and office administration tasks. Working with a fun and experienced team, this position will offer a wealth of knowledge to build a foundation for an aspiring business professional, plus the advantage of working in a supportive team environment with a dedicated Community Solutions Field Officer who will guide you through obtaining your Cert III in Business. What will you bring to the role? Our team will teach you during the traineeship, but there are some minimum requirements and key traits we’re looking for: Keen interest in payroll An aspiration to work in an office team environment An eye for detail Awesome customer service skills Understand the importance of client privacy Has a natural ability to pick up systems quickly Ability to work Monday to Friday full time Pass a Police Check Able to obtain a blue card (we pay for this) Provide two references Successful candidates will participate in a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol test Bring a keen attitude and a willingness to learn Who We Are?
