Based in Cannon Hill, this 12-month Business Administration Traineeship will be within the Billing team performing administration support. The Team The trainee will be placed with our host, The Endeavour Foundation. An organisation where people are working together, making possibilities a reality for people with a disability. With over 5,000 staff operating over 300 sites in the heart of local communities across Queensland and New South Wales and Victoria, the Endeavour Foundation offers choice, opportunities and personalised support in the key areas of home, work, learning and community participation. This position will offer a wealth of knowledge to build a foundation for an aspiring business professional, plus the advantage of working in a supportive team environment with a dedicated Community Solutions Field Representative who will guide you through obtaining your Cert III in Business What will you bring to the role? Our team will teach you during the traineeship, but there are some minimum requirements and key traits we’re looking for: An aspiration to work in an office environment An eye for detail Enjoy working with data Internal customer service and liaise with other departments within Endeavour Understand the importance of client privacy Has a natural ability to pick up systems quickly Ability to work Monday to Friday full time Pass a Police Check Able to obtain a blue card & NDIS Workers Screening check (we pay for this) Provide two references Successful candidates will participate in a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol test Bring a keen attitude and a willingness to learn Who We Are?
