Field Advisor Apprenticeships and Traineeships South East Queensland/Gold Coast Region Immediate Start Programmed Group Training has an exciting opportunity for a passionate, driven and enthusiastic individual looking at joining our GTO team as an Apprenticeship & Traineeship Field Advisor. Based in SEQ/Gold Coast with frequent travel throughout the region, this position will suit an individual who is a self starter, people person and passionate about creating and supporting apprentices and trainees in their career pathway journey and growing the business through new apprenticeship and traineeship opportunities. Working with a blend of Key Account Clients and small businesses, as a Field Advisor your role will include:- Business development and growth to increase your portfolio of apprentices and trainees and achieving KPI’s Develop and maintenance of relationships with key stakeholders, trainees and apprentices, training providers, Department of Education and Apprenticeship Support Centres Pastoral care and monitoring of apprentices and trainees both “on” and “off” the job Recruitment, Induction and Onboarding of new apprentices and trainees Safety Management, Workplace Risk Assessment and Safety Toolbox Talks General compliance, administration including reporting, timesheets and data entry To be successful in this role you must have:- A proven track record of achieving KPI sales targets A passion and thirst for coaching, mentoring and support Desire to deliver business strategies and achieve outstanding results Be highly motivated and driven to succeed Strong sales and business development skills Highly adaptable and forward thinker Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders Ability to work in a fast-paced demanding environment Experience in the VET sector primarily working with apprentices and trainees, business development, a full drivers licence and ability to travel for the role are a mandatory requirement.
