About the role Temporary full time opportunity to lead the delivery and ongoing redesign of the Deadly Start program foundations to support the delivery of safe, consistent and culturally grounded student and family engagement. The role is also responsible for providing high level liaison and coordination of program deliverables across the education sector and clinical and support areas and other key stakeholders. About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: Provide leadership and advocate for continual improvement opportunities, including new training strategies and strategic change for the deadly start program. Deliver presentations to senior managers, supervisors, and staff to influence positive culture and organisational change and workforce development. Be able to consult with and influence senior managers, supervisors and staff on matters relating to the Deadly Start program and change activities to support program deliverables. Consistently meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work with a focus on detail.
