About the Role In this role you will: Perform a range of duties that provide advanced administration support for student programs including HR related forms and other associated paperwork related to the traineeship Provide ongoing culturally appropriate mentoring and support, in consultation and partnership with the MSH mentors to ensure the trainees/students successful completion of the program. Support internal and external stakeholder relationship management who are involved in coordinating the traineeship. Conduct regular site visits to meet with the line managers and students to maintain relationships and support with the trainees/students throughout the program.
