You would be employed by Work & Training for the duration of your training contract. Full time hours. Full entitlements including four weeks of holidays per year. Theory training conducted one-on-one in the workplace with our experienced trainer. You would receive mentoring and support throughout the traineeship. Your workplace supervisors would provide daily coaching and opportunity for growth. Gain valuable experience on the job: Develop and hone your mature, approachable manner, providing support to clients, students, apprentices and other trainees, along with internal staff and management. Demonstrate excellent organisational skills, with the ability to schedule and prioritise work, focusing on customer service, and attention to detail. Learn a wide variety of administration tasks including reception, scheduling of interviews, data entry, and document management.
