Working four days per week and studying online for one, this full-time role is structured to set you up with a clear career path to success. After 12 months, you will gain a nationally recognised qualification in Business Administration (Customer Experience). You will join our customer service team at first and progressively rotate throughout key departments such as supply chain, marketing, and sales to gain exposure and learn other aspects of our flooring business over time. To set you up for success in your new role, you will be supported by subject matter experts, a designated mentor, a learning passport with key steps defined, and various networking events. Key Responsibilities: Be the first point of contact for our customers, answering inbound phone calls and emails Build rapport and develop relationships with the team and all customers Manage customer order fulfillments in line with set targets Liaise with other departments such as Supply Chain and Sales to provide timely updates regarding order status, Provide information about Gerflor products, prices, and trading terms to stores, consumers, and end users, Participate in team meetings to plan, review and train. Be committed to complete study requirements by due dates relevant to Cert III in Business qualification. Skills: Confidence with using MS Office (Word and Excel) Ability to follow instructions and positively welcome feedback Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexibility Mon-Fri 9am – 5pm Reliable, honest with a friendly disposition Excellent communication skills Able to work well within a team Attention to detail Min 6 months’ work experience Great telephone manner A permanent right to work in Australia (unfortunately we are unable to accommodate visa holders or offer sponsorship for this role) Why join us?
