Located in Permuwuy NSW (N ear Wetherill park) Free On-site car park An amazing opportunity exists for two Indigenous candidates, to learn and grow within well known brand and manufacturer of computers and electronic devices. You will be fully trained and supported by the Workshop Supervisor and Customer Service Technicians both within the workshop and in the field. In this role you will be trained in specific setup of multi-functional devices and printers to exact customer specifications. You will learn all requirements in terms of installation, including initial setup, running and repairs and troubleshooting. You will refurbish machines, test operation and ensure all speciation's have been considered for a timely efficient installation with our customers. Responsibilities will include - Follow the Trainee training plan provided both within the workshop and in the field. Learn from the Customer Service Technician to complete field repairs, learning the process including calling the customer, diagnosing and understanding the issue, organising convenient time to attend he site, and diagnose the problem. Following a training schedule to train you in all aspects of the role including setup, repairs, maintenance, testing, delivery, refurbishment, troubleshooting faults and finding solutions, installing customer networks, printing test prints, organising the workshop and warehouse, attending to client sites for installations and delivery. Following all protocols of service to ensure customer satisfaction and the devices performance.
